This page explains what Hassocks Windows does with anything you share via the forms here, on the phone or in an email.

Information we receive

Our form needs a name plus an email; phone and notes are your call. A call booking asks for a name, an email address and a phone number, and records the slot you picked plus anything you write about the house. Phone calls and emails we receive get noted down as well.

There are no advertising tags or social media trackers on this site. A cookieless counter, Cloudflare Web Analytics, records visits; it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you; the cookie page says more. Personal data is never sold, and never bought in.

What it is for

Your information lets us answer you, ring you at the booked time, and pass it to the FENSA-registered installer who arranges the free home consultation. We rely on legitimate interest to respond to a request you made, and on taking steps towards a contract if you decide to proceed.

Who can see it

The installing firm dealing with your enquiry, and the hosting and email providers that keep this site running. Nobody receives it for marketing.

Retention

Where nothing goes ahead, we erase the enquiry once 12 months have passed since our last contact with you. Customer files stay on record until 6 years have passed since the job ended, covering guarantees, tax and any legal claim.

What you can ask for

Write to us to see your own data, to have it put right or wiped, or object to a particular use, by writing to contact@hassockswindows.com. If the reply does not satisfy you, the Information Commissioner's Office handles complaints at ico.org.uk.
