How a Hassocks window enquiry works

The route from a first phone call to fitted windows

When you place your enquiry, you'll be contacted by a FENSA-registered window and door company with a local showroom you can visit. They'll arrange a free home consultation, give you a quotation, and survey if you go ahead.

Five stages, start to finish

  1. First contact. Reserve a 15-minute phone slot, use the contact form, ring 01273 000 000 or email contact@hassockswindows.com.
  2. A first conversation. We talk about the house, the windows and the planning position in your village, and give you a rough range.
  3. A free home consultation. Someone visits, looks at every opening and talks through materials, colours and bar patterns.
  4. A written quotation. You get a fixed price with no obligation to go ahead.
  5. Survey and fitting. Say yes and the openings are surveyed in detail before manufacture, then fitted.

About FENSA

FENSA is a competent person scheme, authorised by government, covering replacement windows and doors in England and Wales. Members sign off their own work against Building Regulations, so the council's building control team is not involved, and the homeowner receives a FENSA certificate afterwards. Any firm's membership can be confirmed on the FENSA website.

Your details

Whatever you send is used for your enquiry alone. Retention periods and deletion requests are covered on the data page.
